Crone’s organic cider and perry vinegar is made from fully fermented organic apple and pear juice. The resulting cider and perry have been allowed to mature and develop their flavour over two years before being slowly converted into vinegar by a natural process. The vinegar has been allowed to mature a further six to twelve months bringing out the best of its flavour. This vinegar has not been either filtered or pasteurised to ensure none of the flavour and none of the goodness are lost. |
